Job Description The memoryBlue High-Tech Sales Recruiting division is seeking a goal-oriented and passionate Sales Talent Recruiter to help drive revenue for the fastest growing segment in a company thats been named one of the fastest growing companies in the US for the last eight years in a row. Were looking for someone with an entrepreneurial spirit, a love of the technology industry and a burning passion for helping sales professionals elevate their careers. What Youll do: Leverage online tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to identify passive sales candidates. Maintain and manage a consistent, high-volume candidate pipeline by achieving daily and monthly KPI expectations. Conduct one-on-one interviews with potential candidates to qualify their skillsets. Screen candidates backgrounds to determine alignment against open job orders. Prepare candidates before Client interviews as well as debrief after the fact. Work closely with the Business Development Managers to ensure candidates move through our Clients hiring process. Minimum Requirements: Desire to break into high-tech sales recruiting. Strong organizational skills and process orientation. Competitive drive. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Preference for working in a fast-paced team environment of collaborative problem solvers. Ideal Background: 1 to 2 years of either B2B sales experience or IT sales staffing experience.
